This cleanser in comparison with Shu Uemuera's, is hard to emulsify and remove. It had to be removed with warm water (and its also hard too). Need to keep to moist your skin with water when emulsify...

I am using my 2nd bottle now. I think it cleanse off makeup fairly well because I did not have serious breakout while using it. I was told by the SA that it has no mineral oil which is a plus to me....
