It DOES what is says. I washed my face and used this toner only in a weekend to test it. It does keep my face matte and smells great too. Love it

This is an okay toner for oily skin. It would be a lot better if Dimethicone wasn't added to this. I prefer Chanel's Purete Ideale toner to this one but Chanel's is more expensive. :(
