I like this and use sparingly so its lasted ages, its good to wake up the corners of your eyes or right across the lash line, if you have the patience! I don't use it as a highlighter, I prefer High B...

This pencil is so cute and adorable with such a name. This is NOT an eyeliner I think, it's a highlighter! I dot it in the inner corner of my eyes, and the ridge of my nose, works well !
