It makes my skin smooth and more touchable =P, but doesn't resolve any other skin problems like redness.

I love this lip treatment, it leaves my lips soft and smooth.I put it on my lips overnight, and wipe off with all the dead skin on my lips. I would give it 5 lippies if it doesn't look white on my lip...
