Easy to apply and stays put. I have oily eyelids so finding liner that doesn't run has been a hassle, this product is excellent and I've recommended it to everyone.

I'm giving this a 2 because it helped make my nails grow fabulously long. I've had terrible acne since 14, tried it all, yada yada. At 24 it got out of hand - I wanted to try a few more things before...
