Entirely too thick of a conditioner for my very fine hair. Ew ew ew. It might work great for thicker hair, but not if you need something light for more body, at least IME.

Don't really see where they get the idea that this makes your hair stronger, but it smells great! It doesn't weigh your hair down, but it isn't very moisturizing either. I've used much better.
