This is a great product. If your lids tend to be dark -- it will lighten them up and provide a perfect base for eyeshadow. Even without shadow -- it brightens the eye.

I have used this for years and I love it. I have fine dryish hair that does not have a ton of volume -- this keeps my hair soft and prevents static -- without making my hair flat.
