Used it religiously and found there was no change to my dark undereye circles ... but... it did give me melia (yuck)!

Prefer this to my old Revlon curler. My Revlon curler was a bit too big (in length) for the size of my eyes. The Shiseido one fits well and the curl lasts all day. Good job Shiseido!
