This stuff is ok, good. I won't buy it again though cos it is a bit troublesome to use. The rice powder tends to moist and cannot get though the holes to go out. Maybe it only happens in humid climate...

I think the quality is very normal. It does smudges and clumps, the mascara also dries quite soon.
