Doesn't make my hair any noticeably softer, but seems to help reduce tangles after showering.

Did not help protect my highlighted hair or refresh my color. It smells incredible though.

This conditioner is very hard to spread so I find myself using to much. It doesn't make my hair any noticeably softer either
