My only requirement for a toner is for it to get off remaining traces of grime after cleansing. This did just that, so I would definitely repurchase! [1]

This was a nice, gentle toner that did its job. It offers a bit of moisture and did not strip my skin. Couldn't ask for more! [1]

Found this at TJMaxx and decided to give this toner a go. It does have a very interesting smell that I can't quite explain. I can see how others might not like it, but this smell seems really familiar...
