Way way way too much protein for me. Left my hair dry and crunch over time. I do like the All Soft line, however this is a dunce for me.

This stuff is like putting super glue on my hair. It leaves it feeling absolutely gross. A much better serum for a cheap price is Garnier Fruictus smooth & shine.

This shampoo was just okay for me. I prefer FF Protein Rx shampoo for the price. Although it smells divine, it didn't give the results I hoped for.
