FdA opens sharply (gin on the rocks?) and soon turns into a warm, soapy, and slightly powdery scent that is quite unique. A bit on the masculine side, but very wearable. Definitely worth a try.
Round, smooth, sweet sandalwood, very real, very beautiful. Intriguingly, from time to time, some unexpected notes jump out, and that makes it more interesting. A master piece.
The idea of a little black dress in a bottle is beautiful, and the decision on using a bunch of "black" notes is also smart, but the result is not as interesting: too generic especially after the top ...
Beautiful cologne for summer, fresh, clean, soapy, not at all sweet, just like a summer breeze. The lasting power is pretty good. My favorite among the three escales.
